Mead is a honey wine.
Boil the honey, water and possibly some spices, then put the mead to ferment for approx. 3 weeks. After another approx. 6 months of storage is finished mead. It is however better with age, so it's a good idea to store some years. It is never too old.

Most people think that mead is a kind of beer, but it is not true. Mead is a honey wine, and it has always been. The Vikings drank beer and mead, and mead was their wine. The rich beverage.

Mead from the Danish mead is a natural product without additives.

Restaurant Lure Players are now a Steak House with delicious steaks grilled on our lava stone grill.

It has long been our desire to update our menu and it came natural to take this step in our rebuilding.

The menu changes have Lure Players Steakhouse also purchased a salad bar, which presents a true mix-yourself salad Klondyke.

We have inaugurated our newly renovated rooms.

Brighter rooms were needed, so now Lure Players premises had a decent game.

We have always had the little Vikings as a logo so we have allowed ourselves to be inspired by and given the newly renovated rooms a touch of Viking myths and legends, where they mørkbejdsede hardwood floors compliment the Viking-inspired murals and bright rooms.

In connection with the major renovation, we have also spruced our menu and now including offer steaks grilled to perfection on our lava stone grill.
